AGIWM
Artificial General Intelligence World Models
AGIWM stands for Artificial General Intelligence World Models — an independent global platform advancing responsible governance, international cooperation, standards and verifiable trust for advanced AI and world-model technologies.
Global by design.
Artificial General Intelligence World Models (AGIWM) connects research, industry, institutions and expert communities through an international framework designed for neutrality, accountability and cross-border cooperation. The Alliance advances shared principles for the responsible development and application of advanced intelligent and autonomous systems.

Charter-led governance.
AGIWM combines institutional accountability, expert participation and technology-enabled verification. The Global Charter establishes the principles, responsibilities and safeguards that guide the Alliance across jurisdictions and professional domains.
Global Charter
Foundational principles for neutrality, institutional responsibility, membership equality and governance integrity.
Global Assembly
The principal collective forum through which admitted National Members participate in institutional governance.
Global Councils
Specialist bodies advancing research, standards, policy dialogue and responsible application within defined domains.
Trust Layer
Cryptographic verification supporting identity, credentials, governance records and document integrity.

Traceable by design.
Material institutional actions can be supported by versioned records, controlled publication, auditable approvals and cryptographic evidence. The objective is not automation for its own sake, but governance that remains accountable, reviewable and verifiable.
- Version-controlled institutional documents
- Defined approval and publication gates
- Credential and identity verification
- Resolution and record integrity proofs
Expertise across critical domains.
AGIWM Global Councils bring together multidisciplinary expertise to advance research, policy dialogue, standards, interoperability, safety and responsible deployment across emerging technology domains.
AI & World Models
Reasoning, simulation, evaluation, causality, learning and world-model research.
UAV & Advanced Aviation
Autonomy, navigation, sensing, safety, standards and international sector collaboration.
Autonomous Maritime Systems
Maritime autonomy, navigation, sensing, safety and unmanned maritime systems.
Robotics & Embodied AI
Physical AI, robotics, embodied intelligence and autonomous machines.
Defense & Security Autonomous Systems
Responsible technology dialogue, standards, safety, resilience and governance for defense and security applications.
AI & Autonomous Energy
AI-enabled energy optimization, storage, grids, infrastructure and autonomous energy systems.
Trust without borders.
AGIWM applies blockchain and cryptographic technologies to strengthen institutional trust, transparency and verifiability. Technology supports governance; it does not replace accountable human decision-making under the Global Charter.

Blockchain-enabled.
Token-independent.
Verifiable identity, Charter integrity, governance records, credentials, timestamps and document-integrity proofs.
Verifiable trust.
Protected information.
Cryptographic proof, confidentiality, access control and responsible information governance operate together. Sensitive information is not placed on public blockchain infrastructure merely for visibility.
Proof, not spectacle.
The Trust Layer is designed for institutional evidence: identity, document hashes, timestamps, approvals, credentials and governance records. AGIWM remains token-independent by default.
One framework. Shared principles.
The Global Charter establishes AGIWM’s institutional principles for neutrality, equal status of National Members, governance, Global Councils, transparency, confidentiality, responsible technology and technology-enabled trust.
“One Global Alliance. Equal National Members. Transparent Governance.”
AGIWM was initiated by Mr. Andy W. Huang, Founder & Global Convener. The Founder designation records the origin of the Alliance while AGIWM governance remains guided by its Charter and institutional framework.
Structured global participation.
AGIWM’s National Membership framework enables eligible organizations in different jurisdictions to participate under the Global Charter while retaining responsibility within their respective legal and institutional frameworks. National Members participate on the basis of equal institutional status.
National Member records are published only after formal admission is complete and explicit publication authorization has been granted. Prospective, preparatory or pending jurisdictions are not displayed on the public global website.
Connect institutions. Advance standards.
AGIWM welcomes dialogue with universities, research institutions, technology organizations, standards bodies, industry leaders, experts and qualified organizations seeking meaningful international cooperation in AI, world models and autonomous systems.
